BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA -- I ordered an Iphone 5 and was charged, and never received my phone! I STILL HAVE A CHARGE OF ALMOST $400.00 ON MY AMERICAN EXPRESS!

That seems to be happening (I have a friend who is going through it as well.) but it is NOT Verizon's fault. You need to call Apple about it.
