Hewlett packard - Great Service
I ordered a laptop and paid by Paypal, but HP refused the Paypal approval procedure. I was told by Sales that I had to replace the whole order again, and use a credit card, as the amount of $614.60 was too big for Paypal processing. I was concerned about the delay of the shipping date, as I live in Mexico and was leaving the California address of my daughter-in-law shortly after I would receive the computer in CA. I requested the supervisor of the Sales Department, and he, Michael Millbrook of HP, did the following: "We will reprocess your order and waive the $50 fast shipping fee." His subordinate processed this, but said that my $20 coupon could not be used, but that I would get $20 credit after buying the computer. I said "No", and the sales person went back to her supervisor, Michael Millbrook, and came back and said that $20 wrinkle was waived. It took a while, but a great response. I suggested that HP on their website say "orders over $x - do not process thru Paypal."
