425 E. COLORADO STREET, CALIFORNIA -- On Aust 15, 2006, I won an auction for a diamond ring in the amount of $914.45. At this time using Wachovia Bank debit card. Located in Knoxville, TN, however; I have recently moved to Savannah, GA.
However, I never received the merchandise nor any correspondence stating the reason why. My name used then was Mariyn L. Lowery [snip],
Monroe, GA 39655. After Lowery died I remarried and now am Marilyn L. Scudder. 76yr of age and need the money.
I have written requesting the cost of $914.45 directly to me so no legal measures will be involved. I have been advised (by the bank) to contact USN again regarding this matter.
At the time my account number was #[snip].. At your best and convenience, please handle this for me.
