Taft Furniture? Ashley King size Mattress - Dissappointed in Ashley Mattresses sold at Taft Furniture in Saratoga NY

NEW YORK -- We also bought a Ashley King Size Mattress from Taft Furniture because they recommended it !! That was 6 months ago and it is sinking on both sides of the bed and a big hump in the middle! Now me and my husband are both average weight and we have always bought Serta Sealy and had no problems with them and we change mattresses every 7 to 10 years, We only owned this mattress for 6 months and it's awful my back is killing me in the morning and my husbands is killing him too!! Now Taft made an appointment to look at the mattress and the woman on the phone from Taft Furniture also said that They might have some one who represents Ashley to look at it too!! Now What concerns me is there is another woman on here that complained about the same thing I am complaining about and she got no results and they said her mattress was not defected and I'm here to say I believe her because mine is too!! You can actually see the dip in the bed on each side!!! I Blame Taft Furniture for recommending this bed to us and they should make it right or I'm gonna get a Lawyer and they will end up paying for it and the Lawyer!! I'm hoping Taft Furniture will give good customer services or I will go to the media!! This is Taft Furniture in Saratoga Springs NY... Thank you for your time!

The first thing the lawyer probably will say is you can't blame the retailer for their opinion on what you should buy. Having been in retail for many years, my best advice I can give is to work with Taft, not against them. You complaint is with the performance of the Ashley mattress and the retailer may turn out to be an asset in helping you resolve this with Ashley.
