Service masters - Company treats employees terrible

HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA -- Terrible management, and receptionist didn't know anything whatsoever also very rude and short with me not very understanding to my situation. I can't believe this company is still in business

Receptionists are there to refer you to the right person to complain to. Unless you gave them that information (which since you are complaining about them not knowing anything you didn't)then how are they supposed to know where to transfer to call?

Where did you get that impression of what a particular company's receptionist job entails ticia232? Having been a receptionist for a major company, I can assure you in many cases the receptionist's position and duties encompasses a much broader scope.

lexo, I was going on what the the LW giving the receptionist what they gave us here, which is nothing. Yes, you can handle normal calls but a call with this complaint to begin with?

Also there are some receptionists that work for multiple companies, (in one building) maybe it was one of them?
