Arthurs Pools - Pool Seller Won't Honor Their Warranty

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- We had our new pool installed just last year by professional pool installers. We took great care of it, even adding less than the recommended amount of chemicals. Imagine our surprise when the galvanized steel wall started deteriorating and rusting, springing four leaks near the bottom, just 14 months after being set up. (The wall had punctured the vinyl liner). Neither this company nor the manufacturer, Trevi, will honor their 25-year warranty, stating 'a pool wall does not puncture liners.' I emailed them many photos of the holes in the wall, with the water trickling through, but they refuse to do anything about it. On their website they brag about "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" and how they use the best materials to build the highest quality pools. They need to send us a new pool wall and a new vinyl liner, at no charge. We're still waiting...
