Vitamins - Complaint
PLAINVILLE, NEW YORK -- Purity Products kept billing me after I cancelled my orders. I even sent them an email to stop. That was not good enough for them. They said I had to talk to a customer service specialist and not the person who takes the orders. I would think an email was more proof than a phone call. They said I had to pay for return shipping and cancel the order. (I never placed an order) After an hour and with my credit card company on the phone they agreed to send me a UPS prepaid sticker. I would have to find a UPS office to drop off the package. I still have not received the postage. What a waste of time. I looked on the internet and it seems to be a scam they are running.
