PHX., ARIZONA -- I have never regretted anything more than signing up with Sprint. Not informative about 14 day return for buyer's remorse or for just having a lemon of a service. And 4g is false advertisement. 4G is in 2 city blocks that you will never drive through to get the service.
Having problems with email and text not being sent, went to 2 different stores only to be told to go to another to drop phone off for hours. So, their other resolution was to factory reset phone myself with out telling me to back up my over 300 contacts that has built for almost 2 decades needed to be backed up with Google or choose a back up app. Lost all contacts but the most recent that were through Google email. Verizon automatically had back up assistant on all their phones.
Susie, a supervisor for Sprint told me they do not have a network like that. In my opinion they have no network worth a sh@t. I have had the phone for 3 weeks. I told her I wanted out of he service is there anything you can do to pad the miscommunication with your sales reps that did not inform me of this catastrophe and utter displacement of years of contacts, email address etc.
She said' try to return the phone where you got it, but they probaly won't except it cause your 14 days have expired and you will have to pay the $350.00 termination fee as well. And the topper, my phone is still f#@ed up. SPRINT IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER.
