AVONDALE, ARIZONA -- While shopping at the Fry's Supermarket on Van Buren and Litchfield Rd. in Avondale, the associates that work there are very rude. While paying I was using my coupons and the store managers Kevin, Phil and Symone they are very, very rude almost discriminatory. They are very disrespectful, they won't double all coupons (even though it's announced on the radio), when the cashier asked Phil how to print a receipt he yells out on an EBT card? the cashier says no a regular receipt to find a price he yells out on an EBT purchase, very discriminating just because I have brown skin he thinks I'm using an EBT card? For the people that have to use them I feel sad, he will call them out on it, no more privacy there. They don't look happy and ready to serve the customer, I feel that I was unfairly treated. These 3 managers obviously have no place in customer service when I clearly am the customer and am treated with utter most disrespect. They have no communication skills and do not know how to address the public. I know for a fact if any of these 3 are moved to a Fry's that I go to I will pack up and leave and I will let all my couponing friends and groups know not to shop there, therefore Fry's will lose a major part of the people that shop there.

How many coupons did you attempt to use? If you're one of those extreme couponers then I can see where they might not be thrilled to deal with it. As for doubling coupons, if the coupon ends up being more than the product costs with coupon then I could see where they would deny that.

Is this the coupon policy for that store? I think they made this confusing on purpose. At least it is to me.
