No sprint service in vallejo and they still want you to pay full bill

VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA -- I work from my home and utilize lap top and cell phone with my clients. Three days ago all calls were dropped in the middle of important business conversations. I called Sprint multiple times asking to technological support. They kept giving different reasons about services and different reasons why the phone concersations were being dropped.

The final thing they stated on 10/10/12 was that it was unclear when they were going to have service in this area.

yet they want customers to pay for their phone services??????????

Did you ask for prorated service because of this issue? If you don't ask for it, most times they won't give it to you.

Keep calling them. Be calm, be polite, but keep them on the phone.

This is typical of Sprint service these days. These problems were supposedly going to be fixed by (last) June. After using Sprint for years, my company is soon dropping them (over 6000 phones and 6000 other devices).
