ALBANY, NEW YORK -- This has been the worst service I have ever dealt with. Never use them EVER. Cancellation policies are ridiculous, went to rebook the ticket and after speaking with them on Monday, Wednesday and now Thursday the ticket has yet to be "confirmed" with their ticketing department. 3 hours of being "on hold" and having patience with them... nothing has been completed.
Honestly, use someone else these people are terrible.
