GE PROFILE OVEN KNOBS MELTING. NOT GETTING SUPPORT FROM GE.

LONDON, OKLAHOMA -- Oven knobs melted on my oven. VERY common issue on these units (Google 'GE melting knobs).
Told they are not covered under warranty. Support will not assist me other than offering to sell me replacements (same as current faulty units, so I'll be in the same boat down the road) for $16/piece x6.
POOR SERVICE. POOR QUALITY.
