Stay Away From Sprint!

LEWISTON, IDAHO -- Whatever you do, stay away from Sprint. Once we were sold a deal, getting customer service was a nightmare and things we were promised did not happen. For example, the "rebate" is a check card not a real check. Of course, Sprint is hoping you don't use it or forget it in your wallet (they take 3% off a month!). In addition, we were told we would be getting $100. back but only got $50. back. Trying to get service at the store took hours of wait time and there is no provision for making an appointment in a professional manner...all we could do was wait, wait, wait and never did get to see the person who made the promises. One of the phones was defective and Samsung never sent the ticket for sending it back for replacement. The Sprint store charges $35. to replace the defective phone they sold.
Long story short, don't fall for the Sprint line. It may sound good, but customer service is horrible (to some extent the reps are just pawn in this exploitative system), billing is deceiving and promises made are not kept. Stay away!
