CLEVELAND, OHIO -- You won't be saving a dime when you have an accident and rude claims people put you on hold for hours at a time, then tell you they don't think your damage was caused by an accident. Progressive claims people are rude lying thieves you'll be better off with cut rate general. Progressive stinks if I'm lying sue me!
