General Motors Informative - Cadillac Customer Service refuses to provide service
PLACERVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- My 2005 Cadillac STS had the rear window shatter for no reason. Dealer agreed to fix. No problem. Problem started when Roadside Assistance tow truck picked up my car. Driver damaged the car loading it. Loaded it backward, so broken glass trashed the paint and the front windshield.
Cadillac says "talk to Roadside"
Roadside says "talk to Cadillac"
Both entities refuse to help.
No one will take a damage claim, both say it is the other's fault. Almost $5000 in damages. No one will pay except my insurance company, and they are processing it as two claims, so I have two deductibles to pay.
I feel like a victim of corporate gang rape.
