Pizza Delivery - Complaint

BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA -- Ordered pizza, cheese sticks and pop. Received cold pizza and cheese sticks and no pop. Took over an hour, still had to pay and got a free pizza coupon. This is the saddest case of customer I have experienced in a long time

They realized your pizza trauma was their mistake, so they gave you a coupon for a 'free one'
I don't understand why you are complaining? They made it right. Cold pizza & cheese sticks warm up nicely in the oven.

hey at least they offered a free pizza.....Did you have to return the cold food? or did you get to keep that as well? If you got to keep that food, plus got a free pizza coupon, thats better than some places i have ordered at. Some places do not care to even offer coupons.
