Camping World - Very poor Customer service

Camper service, tires air conditioner warranty. - Complaint

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- I bought a 2007 camper from this store. Seeing it is used I purchased a warranty covering all appliances including refrigerator microwave air conditioner heater stove oven. etc....

The very next summer the air conditioner began acting up. and a tire blew out (Although they were "new" when I bought the camper. It maybe had three hundred miles on it.

I brought it in and asked them to fix the air conditioner since it was warrantied and to put a new tire on. Haven't heard from them for a month and a half so I called since its now mid October and starting to get cold enough to freeze at night.

I called and they hadn't gotten to it yet (Seriously?) A month and a half later?

Two weeks later I call and asked about its status (TWO MONTHS AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF)!!!! A gentleman said "erin" says its done and needs to go out back and get the paperwork can she call you back in 5 minutes? Sure she can thank you....

Its two days later..... and yup no call. I called a few minutes ago and can't get anything but the front desk. Service just rings and rings and rings....uggggghhhh ! Keep posted.

Go over there and get some answers. As long as you let them, and you are letting them. They will keep putting you off/giving you the run around.
