Bank/Checking/Savings/Plans - Complaint
THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS -- Okay, I am so sick of B of A that I've called all the people on the board and every teir down ... like the Rockefeller trust. So I'm shopping for a Bank. I called Woodlands. First person couldn't speak English well and was freaking out over my question 'how do you debit funds from bill pay'. Easy enough question no other banks have an issue. I was transferred to a 'higher' up person who was instantly aggresive with me...hostile...'I heard from the other woman you had a problem with bill pay'? Wrong on 2 counts ... dreadful attitude and not even close to what I asked. So I asked my question and she (works at The Woodlands Branch) tersely told me how they work the debit from and when. I then asked who was the owner, turned out they own themselves However...I then asked if they took any bailout money. Every other bank I've called has answered this..I was told to submit my question in writing to info@woodlands etc...they couldn't give out that information etc..and the hostility level went up..for both of us...Do yourself a favor if a bank is so afraid to answer regular business questions like this DO NOT USE THEM. Imagine what they will be like should you have any issues!
