Time Warner Cable - Horrible Service
CANASTOTA, NEW YORK -- My experience with Time Warner - average wait time for a representative 45 minutes to almost 2 hours! Customer services staff-very nice and understanding. Supervisors NEVER return calls. I've been waiting 3 days. Cable issues for months 3 service visits, 6 boxes technician says coming back Mon or Tuesday to fix. Still waiting. Supervisor to call back Mon or Tues. still waiting. I have autopay and been with Time Warner forever never have had such problems. Just fix my cable or return my call with a status update!! Not happy at all with Time Warner and there total lack of customer service from management. I guess it is ok that my cable box doesn't work and I have intermittent phone service. The paying customer just doesn't seem to matter to Time Warner.
