Burger King - Things made right at the Drive Thru
Drive Thru Service - Compliment
HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- This morning at approximately 8:10am, I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant meal. I made it large with a soda, drove up, paid, and checked my receipt. All good so far. As I was handed a bag, I checked in the bag just to make sure I had large hashbrowns and a sandwich as it felt absurdly light.
Good thing I checked too. I was given a sandwich, and next to no hashbrowns in a 'small' size bag. I sighed having had to argue about this before with the staff at this very same BK. I honked and waited for someone to come back to the drive thru and explained (with my receipt) that I had ordered and paid for large hashbrowns.
Usually this results in a back and forth and asking for the receipt from the clerk. Today however, I received a sincere apology and a large hashbrown tossed in with the small into my bag.
They made things right, I was given service with a smile, and given a sincere apology for a mistake.
