HOPE MILLS, NORTH CAROLINA -- I walked into the Verizon store in Hope Mills, NC looking for a specific car charger. I was immediately greeted when I walked in which was expected but then after telling the sales representative what I was looking for, he took me over to the car charger section, had ME pick out what I thought would fit the charging port instead of picking one out for me (unknowledgeable).After picking out what I thought would fit, he got distracted and started talking with a friend and looked at me and pointed to his desk and said "yeah I'm right over there". I felt uncomfortable that I was about to purchase the wrong item, so I opened the package up to see if it would fit and it did not. I told him it didn't fit and he said "ohh you wanted it to fit WITH the cover on?" uhh yes!? That was the first thing I mentioned.
I left out frustrated and disappointed and felt that I wasted my time and gas.
