Papa John's Pizza Complaint - Poor Customer Services - EXTREME POOR Customer Services

EXTREME POOR Customer Services - Complaint
Review by Otis5 on 2006-01-02
ASPEN HILL, MARYLAND -- Let this be known that this is not the first incident, but I am now just fed up and now switched over to "Pizza Bolis".

After ordering a pizza from online and waiting at least one hour and a half. I deceided to call them to no avail. Only to constantly reach a busy tone, now I just want to cancel this order never mind I have 3 starving kids who were waiting for this pizza, no call no show and they will keep my money for three days, so now I have no money to feed these kids. I would like to know can we charge companies interest on refunds. Anyway I am highly pissed while writing this complaint, I will never order from again and will be forwarding this letter throughout the internet.

Thank you for nothing!!!!

If ordering a pizza online which was charged to your CC puts you in a position of having no money to feed your 'starving kids', why don't you just cook at home? PB&J sounds pretty good to me if I didn't have money left.

I agree Ponie. Otis, you aren't looking too bright on this post. Your time might be better spent at the grocery store instead of the "net".

I don't find the humor in "trivializing" new user's complaints. ;(

That was a valid suggestion Mr. pirate. What would you suggest to Otis?

I agree with Ponie and Zzorkk. If money is that tight, there are cheaper (and better) meals than Papa John's.

If your kids are really starving then ordering a pizza is a real extravagent,Shame on you. Why would you cancel the order at this point? And if indeed your kids are starving then you may want to go to a local food kitchen or church and make sure they are fed. I am sure this next statement will not be very popular but if things are truelly that bad and your are ordering fast food online then not accepting it while your children starve, you should be turned into child protective services until you learn some better parenting skills. Best of luck to those children.

After surfing this board this morning, I've come to one conclusion. WE WERE ALL TAKEN IN! Otis is a troll who had nothing better to do on his day off. Anyone who can afford to live in Aspen Hill MD doesn't have a problem with 'starving children!'

february 3rd, 2010;

decided to finally try & order from papa john's after watching yet another t.v. commercial.

filled in the website info. & ordered with confirmation.

the estimated delivery time was 30 to 40 MINUTES.

no where in papa john's e-mail confirmation did the word HOUR come into view.

i waited OVER an hour, then called, they said the driver SHOULD be at my door.

20 minutes later, i called papa john's back & said cancel the order.

so, having shared the above, i REFUSE to EVER try papa john's pizza.......
