Nationl Floors Direct - Worst Experience Ever
MASSACHUSETTS -- I wish to tell everyone thinking of using National Floors Direct about my horrible experience with them... I order rug runner for my stairs on August 7, 2012. I received a call 2 weeks later to have them come in and measure my stairs. The appointment was set they called the night before to confirm, I took the next day out of work....They called me at 9:00 to tell me they were not coming....I called and demanded my deposit back...Two weeks later someone called and begged me to get the carpet. They gave me a small percentage off...I told them I just needed my rug installed they promised me it would be done asap. They show up for the measurements then I never heard from them....I called them 2 weeks later they said it had not been bound yet but it will be done tomarrow....I called 2 days later and they set me up for a Wednesday morning appoinment, I took another day out of work and they called the night before to confirm appointment in the morning. They called me in the morning to say they had a problem the carpet was not bound on all 4 sides...Again I missed a day off.....I told the girl I want the carpet delivered on Saturday and I must be first install.....Again I was promissed first install....Saturday morning I get a phone call they will be coming between 3-6 at 5 pm they called and said the guy is running late and he will be there at 6:30 pm or 7 pm....I had company for dinner so I told them no it would have to be on Monday morning first installed...Again they promissed me first install...This morning they called and said it will be between 3-6....Todays date is OCTOBER 22, Again they will probably not show...NO ONE WILL ANSWER YOUR CALL IF YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF THEY DO THEY UST KEEP PUTTING YOU ON HOLD.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER WANT YOUR RUG....OH BY THE WAY THAY HAVE ALL MY MONEY, PAID IN FULL..
