DENVER, CO, COLORADO -- Their operators lied to me and withheld information. When I called to politely try to clear up the matter (no one is perfect right) because I figured there must have been some honest mistake made, their operator refused to make any changes without first charging my credit card again (which I felt they had already mistakenly charged my card for on the original flight)On top of it all - I could not understand a word of what their operators were saying because they are all in INDIA!!! This was a horrible experience and I will not EVER, EVER fly with this company again! (How can a company like this stay in business?? The internet is littered with negative reviews of this company!
