Global Net Warehouse Complaint - Misleading, Fraudulent Practices

Review by pretty butterfly on 2006-01-03
TEMPE, ARIZONA -- I was assured I would make my money back in 30 days by purchasing 500 company pamphlets and mailing list to advertise my website. The website cost me $199, another $19.99 monthly and the pamphlets cost $500. There is a 1 year money back guarantee but you would have to sign up 6 people before that could be accomplished.

I reported them to the BBB in Phoenix, AZ and they state the matter is unresolved which will reflect in the company's report with the BBB. Since this is the only satisfaction I get, I would like to blackball this company and not have anyone else sign up with Global Net Warehouse.

Yeah, I've actually heard of complaints like this. They don't make 'em like they used to. Use your best judgement.

huh? Make what like they use to pirate, mailing lists or websites?? I like the part where they make you have 6 sign-ups before you can request your money back guarantee. If you had 6 sign-ups, you probably are happy and wouldn't want a refund. Buzz a copy of your BBB letter off to your State's Attorney General. If your agreement with them isn't tight and has some non-disclosure issues, a refund may come afterall just to close your case as resolved.
