Shark Vacuum By Euro-Pro - Complaint
U.S.A. NEWTOWN,, MASSACHUSETTS -- I had 2 Shark vacuums in the past and was very satisisfied except the second vacuum was missing an attachment. I called Euro-Pro (in Canada ) and told the customer service rep. who sent an attachment about 2 weeks later. It was the wrong part, even after the service rep. repeated the model and part number. O.K., about a month ago,(I have been in the hospital several weeks and only opened it 3 days ago.) I received a Shark Navigator as a gift. This time, *** all *** of the accessories were missing! I can't get them from Euro-Pro ( Shark ) because, I have no idea where it was purchased and can't find out because the gift giver has passed away. Unless you open a Shark product in the store,***I would not buy a Shark vacuum !***This is the "2nd " time parts were missing.
