DeepDiscount.com is a Horrible Merchant
Blu-Ray Movies - Complaint
ITASCA, ILLINOIS -- After creating an account on their website, I paid for a group of blu-ray movies to be shipped to my home address. For some inexplicable reason, they arbitrarily changed my shipping address on the shipping label and on the confirmation email. I emailed them immediately to tell them about the mistake, but they told me the order has already been shipped, so there is nothing they could do.
So I wait...
Two weeks later, I checked the USPS website with the tracking number that Deep Discount provided for me, and learned that my fears have been confirmed. The post office, not knowing where to deliver the package to, had shipped it back to Deep Discount.
So, I contacted DeepDiscount.com and told them I want my money back. Their response was not only to NOT acknowledge the original mistake they made in shipping my merchandise to the wrong address, but to also tell me they would not refund my money until they received the package back, whenever that is.
It has now been 2 weeks since it was sent back to them, and still no refund and no communication. I had to file a claim against them with PayPal!
What a nasty company they are. Absolutely irresponsible, and clearly don't care about their customers. They just want to sell their stuff, and offer extremely bad customer service. Will never buy from them again.
