COLORADO -- I've been loyal to tivo with 9 tivo boxes over the years (4 that are still active). Can you believe that tivo wouldn't give me more than $100 off of a lifetime service plan on my newest box, even though I've already paid $180 in service charges on it? I expect better!

According to their website. The "TiVo Multi-Service Discount Agreement" gets you $100 off and nothing more. It's a 20% discount. It is what it is.
