ANDERSON, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Do not rent from this store. Do not add extra insurance. I was over charged $400.00. They admit the mistake. I was told I would get the refund in 5-10 business days. Today is day 10 and no refund. They basically have one person working at this location and if that one person has to pick someone up etc. they lock the doors. This store is causing the Hertz locations everywhere to lose business.

It can take 10 business days just to get through the ACH system. You said that they admitted the mistake and said it could take 10 days - you may very well be on the verge of seeing the refund show up. Stop back and let us know when it does.
