SuperShuttle Service Stinks !
Airport Transfer - Complaint
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- The most hopelessly rude service I have ever encountered in the US. I was offloaded by the cab driver on the way to the airport. The cab license plate of the driver was 7S4 3633.
The cab driver picked me up from the Westin Bonaventre hotel & as I entered the cab I noticed that the cab was extremely hot & humid because he had not turned on the air conditioner.
I asked the driver to switch on the a/c & he said he would but did not, so I reminded him again to switch on the a/c and he kept mumbling he would. The Van then reached the Millennium Hotel as he had a pick up & even then he had not switched on the a/c, I reminded him that I was paying for the full charge & he should turn on the a/c at which point, he said that he will refuse to take me any further, he took my bag out of the van & then dumped it on the footpath in the Millennium Hotel. It was the bell captain at the Millennium Hotel who asked me what the issues was & offered to arrange a cab for me. he was witness to the cab driver's erratic behavior. I thought the van driver's behavior was atrocious, forthright arrogant & rude.
Due to his behavior, I had to then take a cab & spend $55 to get to the airport !! I spoke to the customer service help desk & lodged a complaint with a gentleman called David, who gave me a refund order reference number - 404485. I have now received an offer of refund from SuperShuttle. But never will I take the SuperShuttle again.
