LAKEWOOD, OHIO -- I was at Taco Bell on 117th on 10/26/2012 I received my food and proceeded to dine -in. once seated I witness possibly one of the most gross displays of managerial abuse of authority and delegate, responsibility I have ever seen. the total lack of professionalism was appalling ;not only did your companies head -manager chastise one of its hourly employees but, did so in a crowded restaurant. she said "if you want to sweep like that get a job at Cedar-point " she clearly was being efficient in her job and was still targeted. being such as this manager was Caucasian so, i can only surmise that some sort of racial prejudice was involved.

I also witnessed the same manager empty the garbage out - side(with a cigarette clearly visible and lit! } (VIOLATION OF STATE LAW !)fling the lid into the window next to us on the opposite side. it made my fiancee ill and caused her to loose her apatite. I asked if there could be some concession reached and was told basically quote"what do you want me to do ?" as if my malicious experience was to be simply dismissed. I realize that store duties have to be meet but, the manner on which they are applied and timing on in which carried out have a lot to be desired !
