JCPenney - Gossipping Associate

CITRUS HEIGHTS CA, CALIFORNIA -- I was shopping and there is a woman employee in her 50's there. She was so busy gossipping about other associates to another customer and talking very loudly that everyone could hear what the store manager said. I really do not think customers really care what is going on in the store. I can not believe that management allows that to happen. No wonder JCPenney is going down hill. I think the associates name was Cathy in the home dept. I will Never shop there, who knows what other stuff she gossips about that people can hear- Personal info of Customers?

I don't know that this is typical of what goes on at JCP - at least not my local store.
You could report it to a store manager if you were interested in seeing change and continuing to shop there.

Copper, 1st phone I used was a party line at the local drugstore 'till my parents got our own....dang, I'm old
