Cell Phone Service - Complaint

WINDSOR,ONTARIO -- A Source One SalesPerson representing Virgin Mobile sold me a cellphone where Roaming Charges for specific USA Area Codes would be suppressed. After receiving huge bills which were charged to my credit card, I was told no such program exists. I cancelled service with Verizon after 5 letters of concern were posted with no response. I obtained a new cell phone from Koodo and requested them to have the port closed with Virgin mobile. I haven't had cell phone service from Virgin mobile for over six months and just received a cell phone bill from the for $80:00 for services rendered. The Virgin Mobile cell number involved is 519-563-7803

I have the same complaint with Rogers who are still billing me for services that were cancelled over a year ago. The Rogers cell Phone number involved is 519-817-7797.I am still being billed by Rogers 14 months after services were cancelled.
