Pizza Hut - Inferior product
Coupon Sale product scaled down - Complaint
HARLEM, GEORGIA -- Some miscerants have found and erected a Pizza Hut sign on a vacant store front in Harlem, GA.
They sent out coupons, just as Pizza Hut would do to promote a new store.
They bought some cheese and other topping materials, dough and such and actually went into making, what appeared to be, fake replicas of imitation copies of pizza pies.
Having fallen for their clever ruse, after gathering adequate funds and a coupon, I proceeded to the aforementioned location. I was filled with excitement and anticipation, which were practically all that occupy my body, that day.
This fake pizza had slight traces of red stuff that was probably meant to represent sauce.
It had been ordered with extra cheese (paid extra dollar + tax) and contained about half that amount to be expected as standard order.
Even the cashier had to struggle to find the peperoni and mushrooms. It was said to be beneath the cheese.
It is difficult to determine the depth of a body of water by seeing only the surface. It is this reality that is the basis of this scam.
I think that the dough was sprayed with sufficient tomato and cheese colored stuff to get you out of the store and on your own.
I started to take it back to the store to get my money back but was convinced that they had, by then, removed the sign and gone to another location. I would feel like a bigger ass. They won't fool me again.
If you don't catch these people and bring them to justice, they will visit their scam on other unsuspecting Pizza Hut regulars.
