Charter Communications - Cable Freezing Up

KINGSPORT, TENNESSEE -- We had Charter come out and install Internet and cable we have had nothing but problems cable freezing up. Charter will not do anything but say reboot the box they are a joke why is there not ant compaction in this area. I had Charter for 12 years and moved out of the area for 5years and had bets best cable service I ever had. I hated to come back to Charter but there is nothing else. Maybe if everybody would cancel they would do something. about it.
