No Service at Home Depot

I have been to Home Depot in NL Canada Kelsey Dr. and never any service. I am still waiting a week later for a door window insert that they have 3 in stock for a week now and still haven`t called me back. I also waited so long to get service in counter tops that I HAD TO LEAVE and go to rona instead to get it! I have also went to paints department to get a kit they also were out of it until next week sometime, so I am finished with Home Depot never can find service. I wonder how many other moneys are they losing, I am only one person!
