The updates on the mortorla Atrix 2 completely messed the oporating system of the phone. My husband and I lost our contact info pics, music and the phone does not function properly. We tried to contact Motorola, via email and by phone. We were unable to get a hold of them and there was no response from them. We also discovered there are others having the same problem with their phones. Motorola is responible for this problem and should be the ones to fix it. But it appears they do not want to admit the mistake or take care of the many customers that have been affected by the update.
My husband and I will never buy another Motorola product of any kind nor will we recommend Motorola products to others.
