Enterprise Rent A Car has disappointed me more and more

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I had an accident around 10/5/2012 and had to take my car to a service department. I am always pleased with my collision dept However, Enterprise Rent A Car was very disappointing for the 2nd time. Once this time and the other at the Enterprise at Service King in Copperfield area with my finance' 2 weeks prior.
The car I picked up at the Hwy 6 location was dirty, smelly and unclean. The gentleman waited to fill up my car after I had rented it. I could not see through the windows. It looked like it had never been cleaned. I had this car for 2 weeks. The air condition did not work for 2 days and then started to work again. The sad thing is when I returned the car, the gentleman helping me and the manager coming in and out of his office did not seem to care my complaints. The gentleman was sold on giving me a one day rental at no cost since the car was covered under a collision repair. This location is dirty and unclean altogether. The carpet in the office has not been vacuumed in a very log time and I was beyond disappointed.
The same thing happened with my finance' when he rented 2 weeks prior and had his car for a week due to an accident.
I will never rent from Enterprise ever again. Even if this is my only option.
