Dell Computers - Didn't honor rebate

Purchased expensive laptop in June of 2012, with the promise of a $76.00 Gift card. I had to call repeatedly before the card was finally sent Aug. 22, 2012 via E-Mail. It had a 90 day expiration on in but no issue date. When I tried to use it on Oct 30, 2012, I was told it had expired. The 90 days was from date of purchase, not the date it was sent to me.

Coincidentally, it was a rebate issue that is at the heart of my deeply seated hatred and loathing of Dell Computer. They don't respect their customers at all.

They must have done an analysis 10 years or so ago, and decided "we don't have to do diddly to please our customers because there will always be new customers". That appears to be their business model. I know they won't get a penny more from me than what I paid back in 2005.
