Hotel/vacation travel - Complaint
MASSACHUSETTS -- Totally incompetent idiots. I called to confirm a reservation that I booked through Hotwire in NYC on Nov 2 (right after hurricane Sandy), I was told everything was fine. I tried to call the hotel prior to contacting Hotwire and the number was not in service. I mentioned this to the nice but completely inept reservation person, and he was like "uh call this number." When I told him that I already had, he was totally useless and gave me an 800 number. After an hour I found out the hotel could not accommodate me and all Hotwire could do was tell me they would file a complaint and I would have an answer in 10-12 days -- I'm leaving in 1 day. Complete and total idiots. I would never use them even if they were giving it away.
