ELKO, NEVADA -- Frontier is the worst company on the face of the earth and the most ripoff. I cxld my service and they keep billing me and I've called and complained and even faxed them receipts of all the monthly payments I've made since I've been with them and they still keep billing me even though I have already showed them the receipts..!!! And not to mention they're horrible customer service..!! What a headache!!!ahhh!!!

Does Nevada have a consumer protection agency or public utility commission? If so, it may help to contact them for help with this issue.
