Walgreens - I Need Help
Body Wash & Other Products - Complaint

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- My wife and I went to this Walgreens at 750 NW 119st in Miami, Fl. Normally we have no problems, but today (11/02/2012) we could not get any service. We tried to summon someone to unlock the case with the body wash, but no one would come. I told a manager and she called just one time for someone to come to cosmetics to assist us, but no one came. I know the people at most Walgreens have always been very professional, however, we won't be going back to that one.

The manager only called once - if you didn't ask her again she probably thought someone helped you. If you've been satisfied with the service there previously give them another chance.

Yes, Clutzy, it is sad. I saw a report on TV recently about things that were being stolen from stores. Not the expensive stuff that you'd expect, but things like body wash, shave cream & razons and the like. Guess people may be getting desperate to keep going in life.

It was probably Axe body wash. I've seen that brand locked up at some stores

I noticed the same thing at Walgreens in San Francisco's Union Square. All personal hygiene products were locked up. At the Walgreens here, they lock up razors & replacement cartridges. Some of the grocery stores do this as well. Albertsons/Savemart even locked up pregnancy tests.

The point is the complete lack of customer service. Ditch Walgreens. They don't want you as a customer, you shouldn't want them either.
