Incident: At the above listed time and date I attempted to place an order via the drive thru of the above listed Burger King. I attempted to order one croissant breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg and cheese. While I was trying to place my order the above listed employee started to interupt every thing I tried to say repeatedly! I finally asked her if I could please place my order which apparently angered her to the point that she raised her voice to me and became as rude as any Burger King employee (or any other such business) had ever been to me!

I then also asked her for two egg, cheese and bacon sandwiches on biscuits. I knew by her attitude and rudeness that I had NO chance of receiving the exact order I had just placed! I paid my bill at the order window, apologizing for only having a $20 bill and no change. I then received my order, thanked #87 Kayla B., and left. While on my way home I looked inside my order bag and I noticed that I had: Two croissant sandwiches and NO biscuit breakfast sandwiches, which was no surprise to me. #87 Kayla B. had her way on top of her rudeness and anger, taken out on me! So my wife and I want to tell you that we will never go to any Burger King again!! We do NOT seem to get what we order no matter which Burger King we go to and now with the rudeness and anger added we have had it with Burger King.

We do not understand why/how you allow employees like #87 Kayla B. to work at your establishments? Since she has already cost you two customers today alone! We will not be back again!

I can almost guarantee that by the time you happen by that store again, Kayla B will most likely be trying her luck at some other establishment. Employees like that never last long.

Funny - a bad experience I had with a drive through employee about 5 years ago is what caused me to give BK the old heave-ho. I've been eating at McD's since, and loving it.

I realize that one location doesn't necessarily reflect on the rest, but I generally had not received good customer service at BKs in my area.
