In mid Sept. I ordered the free sample of wrinkle cream. They charged my credit card for shipping. I never received the product. 2 weeks later I called to cancel. I don't know who I spoke to but they said OK. All at once I have another charge. It is for $80.00!! I have never received a product. I want to cancel and get my money back, but how?? I called again yesterday and they put me through this long drawn out "push one for this", "spell your name" all the while I am saying, Cancel- or-customer service. They will probably bill me again for that call. I am disabled. My money is tight. What am I to do???

File a charge back with your credit card company pronto and then have them cancel that card and reissue you a new one. This will prevent any more charges to it and should get your money back also.
