Cadence Watch Company - Poor Customer Service

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- I purchased a demo watch from this company that were both defective. I returned the watches for a promised refund. I waited and waited to receive my refund. I called and emailed the company numerous times and they said that they would have to notify the billing department. Filing after almost six weeks I emailed the CEO for Cadence Watch Mr. [snip]. I receive and email back from the customer service department that they would be sending a refund check and would be in the mail and it never came.

Finally, I had to file with PayPal and my credit card company to see if I could recover the money that I paid for these watches. I won the dispute and was issued a refund from PayPal. I am still waiting for the credit card company go resolve this dispute with Cadence. . . The watches are attractive but the quality is very unreliable. The customer service is extremely poor!!!
