Baby R'us - Chad, "THE' worst store manager

CARY, NORTH CAROLINA -- I had a worst customer experience at Baby r’us. You would think that these employees work at the baby store would be caring compassion and nice people. Conversely, they are the worst people on earth, mean and hateful. “the fish is smelling from the head” Chad, he stated “I’m THE store manager here!’ at the Cary NC location, store #8379. He should not be in the customer service business. Mr. elegant, hateful, know it all, pain in the ___. He is short with people when he talks, had to have the last words. He acts like he knows everything. When customer asked him something, he made them think that they are taking away his precious time. I would never shop at this location. Please take my words for it, don’t learn the hard way like I had. Would not recommend Baby r’us for anyone! There are plenty of other stores out there, don’t do business with people that they do not value their customers.

As a mother with young children including a baby, I cannot take your complaint seriously without more details. I will continue to shop at Babies R Us. It sounds like you have a personal problem with Chad and not that you actually experienced poor customer service from him.

Shouldn't the managers name be removed? I just googled the name, store and city name and found the managers linked in, etc...

You say not to take your "words for it" and unfortunately I can't. What happened other than the store manager identifying himself?

How is this related to fish?

Ben...Admin is ok with posting of first names only...but not lastnames unless it is a compliment.

I take it you were trying to return/exchange something and you didn't have your receipt? This is not a reason for me to stop shopping somewhere. I need more details in order to make a more informed decision.
