Metropcs - Was sold a deficit phone.Will not do anything to get me a new one.

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- I bought the phone on Oct 29 2012. Went back two days later the wifi was not working and the phone had lost some of its storage space and I could not download any games. The sales person was not helpful at all. I had upgraded and bought the more expensive phone. I don't believe it was a new phone did not have a film on phone and no manual was in the box. I really need help. I charged 207.00 for this phone.

I recently bought a metro pcs coolpad phone and from the first day they could not transfer my address book. Battery would not stay charged lone and the final straw could not call of receive calls, took the phone to pcs store and was told that I must have gotten the phone wet and that they could not replace it for I did not have it insured. Bullshit! Bullshit! I also had a Banter pcs phone, screen locked up. I was told that there was nothing they could do. I had a Huawei phone also, lcd screen cracked. I'm done with the cheap phones that Metro Pcs is selling. Ok plans but lousy equipment with not much consumer concerns. Their solution: pay for insurance and equipment will be replaced. Not a good long term fix.
