Priceline.com - Horrible Customer service
Hotel Reservation - Complaint
PEARLAND, TEXAS -- I made the hotel reservation Priceline.com through "name your own price". After I got the hotel, I read the reviews. I find out that the hotel is really horrible. People has been complaining about the hotel. Even though they claim it is a 3 stars hotel the rating is always very low and below Priceline.com standard.
I talked to customers service for almost 30 mins, after doing all research, the people of customer services ( transfer to several people) agree that the hotel is rating below the company standard. I would like to change hotel but he said "NO" . You still have to take the hotel.
When you arrive, if there is any problem, please contact them. At that time if you are not happy, they will solve the problem.
REALLY... when I arrive, there is a dirty and under-standard hotel. At that time ask me to pack my stuff and go to other hotel while we are in different city and do not know anything about the city. Drive around for whatever hotel you guys gave us or just stay in the dirty and under-standard hotel you paid for.
I know it is no refundable and no changeable .. HOWEVER, PRICELINE. COM KNOWS THAT THE HOTEL IS UNDER-STANDARD. WHY DO THEY STILL SIGN CONTRACT WITH THE HOTEL AND GIVE OUT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS? IT IS LIKE I TAKE YOUR MONEY FIRST AND GIVE OUT WHATEVER AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OR YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY/SERVICE IS IT?
So disappointed ...LIKE DO BUSINESS WITHOUT MORAL, I DO NOT CARE AFTER YOUR MONEY IN MY POCKET....
