Toshiba sells products which have no customer support

CALIFORNIA, INTERNATIONAL -- A recent purchase of a product from Toshiba turned into nightmare due to lack of customer service. Despite the number printed on the manual, there is NO support for any Toshiba product other than laptops, blu ray and some televisions. All numbers received are dead ends. The eighth number I called, the tech answering told me unless I owned a laptop, there is no division in Toshiba that offers customer service for other products. DON"T BUY, Toshiba
