ILLINOIS -- I was in the store 5 days ago and got inserts for my son. It cost $236. I just took my son to the therapist and she said they were not going to help at all, he needed some that were made to fit him and the Good Feet Store just gave him some off the shelf so I thought I could return them. So I called and the guy just argued with me the whole time. He said I couldn't return them. I am so disappointed with them I could cry. No one should have to go through this.

Did you ask before you purchased them what the return policy is? An item like this I would consider the same as shoes - once worn, they are not returnable.

Selling these expensive insoles off the shelf, apparently without a prescription, seems like a borderline scam to me. The company is ringing up profits, and the product doesn't help a lot of customers (ie victims).
